    is this right dunno ? if I have 3 million shares at an average price of 1.2 my cost was 36K .

    now with the proposed consolidation dividing my 3 million shares by 40 = 75,000 shares
    75000 units x .15c = 11,250 .00

    is this right ?

    original outlay = 36K
    proposed consolidation = 11250 .00
    difference = 24750
