Lots of countries have gun control laws, even the US has a heap of laws (Hi Chicago that's going well), this has nothing to do with the proliferation of guns or their presence. This also doesn't take into account the massive illegal firearms all over the place, a quick look at your link is South Africa, the place is awash with illegal firearms ffs lol
