Sorry mate, not meant to exclude your sentiments on management. I know you've said management has done what they can. I don't think Penn is as bad as some have said about here. But, I'll agree, he doesn't communicate his vision for TLS that well. I can see why some are frustrated at it. Having said that, just looking at TLS, and from a personal perspective on this. I do believe TLS is under value as you've stated. There are a lot of unrealised potential on this one.
