A really strange day yesterday, with the wording of the AFR article, and the appearance of the bat signal for 2 million shorts. It's good that Galaxy shareholders were able to keep cool heads, employ their faculties of logic and reasoning, and rely on the research that has already been done. I think that these writers and editors need to be more careful about what they write, and only write their articles after companies have announced their news, to avoid companies facing being issued with speeding tickets, and shareholder confusion. However, the share price was already rising before all of this started to happen. If there were manipulation tactics behind this publication, then these things will always come back to bite those involved. Quite possibly just heard some rumours, and getting itchy fingers to be the first to write something. It's best to have a bit of patience, while we wait for confirmation, of deals made through negotiations and discussions.
