The shorting is just not material. It is 1.46% of the company total. There has been consistent selling Agree it a good company and believe the resumes and ebitda this year will force the mkt to take notice. The problem is holders do not believe management and management are not communicating. The information gap breeds fear A good contract win will turn this around quickly, openreach would be huge
