I agree with your 'boom' timing in that end-users will have to secure supplies well before demand peaks to get the best deals....l feel the 'secure supply boom' will start well before the actual 'end-user graphite needs boom'....then add the new environmental regulations in China into the mix and we have these big Co's out hunting for the best long term product supplies sooner than anyone anticipated imo. I believe VRC's stage 1 start up concept is a very good 'fit' for a number of these Co's to secure supply at these relatively low demand levels with Agreements in place to increase supply as the market moves to higher demand levels....very attractive and economically savvy progression for all parties imo.
