From what I can gather this EPA thing is not only particular to HRR.
Many are affected but it seems that the article was written to use Heron as an example.
I have been in touch with the company and they do not see it as a major obstacle.
The gov't issued the tenements and now Heron has a massive orebody near an EPA affected area.
Perhaps the goal posts have been shifted a little, but in any case, a massive orebody would equate to a massive compensation claim and no gov't would want that.
It doesn't appear to be such a big deal to HRR.
Right now keep your eyes on JuD!!
