SP has eased today to 16.0 cents. The shareholders interest lasted 2 days, which indicates that investors are fairly optimistic about prospects of this acquisition. It will be interesting to see where the SP is going to be at the end of the week. If directors start purchasing shares that will add encouragement.
I would prefer to see reduction of administration costs. That would be a clear enticement for me to buy more shares. I think that Q3 earnings before $9M investment for this land will be around $9M.
