thanks for your advice too, one of the biggest challenges I've felt is I can't stop looking at my commsec app every now and day even though I keep telling myself it doesn't matter what happens today as I'm trying to go long term and I should trust my better judgement, but it does keep me up at night and i still can't stop looking, I think i need to learn much and really adapt into the right state of mind and be at ease
