    A merger woudn't solve anything. The problem is production and costs. Too many promises and nothng delivererd for years. Always looking for the next "solution". How the Chairman keeps surviving is a puzzle? Why would anyone want to merge with this dead weight? The analysts valuation of 6 cents (it was trading at 50 cents six months ago) says it all!!
