It looked bigger than that. At the very last second there was a bid for about 6m, I think which looked like it went through. And there seemed to be another big bid as well. Happened so quickly, I can't be sure. Hard to tell from the course of sales because that would have been broken down as it snapped up multiple sell parcels.
