Nope, he's correct. Never trust Google Finance. Appendix 3B is your friend.

Basically, it's the convertible bonds that make the big difference. US$116.5M is the face value, they convert at 10c, and the exchange rate is set at 0.75, so they end up being about 1.6B new shares when they convert, which they obviously will unless the price tanks.
