I feel as though the trading was unbalanced to the announcement (in as far as I've understood it) also. I don't recall a similar response to the similar Lepidico announcement aeons ago.

Though at the same time that pessimism in me senses that this pump waited until after the general meeting, where the only real business was the issue of shares to, presumably, Pac Partners, in the form of a future CR. If, indeed, there is to be issued 300,000,000 shares (staggered, apparently), then I'm not so sure I'd want to be in the buy queue when they decide to dump.

And then the optimism... someone knows something more and the sp is going to the moon. That would be nice to see.
