I just don't believe that evidence. technically a super fund even a smsf can be classified as an institution as it's not an individual and given their remaining categorisation it's not a HNW or retail... Both of my holdings reflect as company owned so that's going to be classified as institutional but it really isn't its retail ...

Its all in the definition if you are a SOPH you may well not be an institution as well but I have seen companies play fast and loose on this.

Really the point I am trying to make is a simple one: Stop the noise - this company is not being manipulated, its this value because of the past behaviours and GR and (in my opinion) the board need to stop pointing at past strategies and accept it as their issues. No more blaming outside events factors ... Personally, I am not a fan of NC or GR and think that the information that was being put out to the market during 2016 and even into the very early part of 2017 was at best inappropriate.

Really the real issue is that they don't and cannot display any unconnected investment house that holds more than 5%.

Whatever they want to project the fact of the matter is clear there is a very clear requirement for the company to be run, as it is, with underpromise and over deliver and that we need to at worst be at cash flow breakeven...

Given its record of over promise and under delivery I am not surprised the share price is at these levels and it could go even lower. Its valuation today ( MY OPINION) is probably below the current share price and let's accept that it may go down but that DVH is doing a good job in communicating and that that interaction with shareholders probably is the premium that's reflected in the share price today.
