Hi Pecora I will reply to your posting to Dave R . No the speed limits are there to be obeyed some are a bit overdone but driver beware . Instead of having these spiders sitting in their cars on the stretches of roads that are easy targets for them have a police car out on the roads checking these things and maybe pulling up some cars to have a friendly talk to a motorist then send him on his way They would catch more crooks that way and maybe make the general public to have a better attitude to help them also catch the crooks Towie
