So 700kg (0.7t) was sampled over a 2m x 2m area.
0.7t/2.5(Density) gives 0.28m3
0.28m3 / (2m x 2m) = 7cm thick
Has somebody already done these calcs?
Sure they haven't sampled the full thickness because it's too hard and they say that there are stacked mineralised horizons. If there are stacked mineralised horizons (interleaved with unmineralised dirt) why haven't they sampled the other horizons?
Not enough info to be betting the house on it yet.
