No serious insto would be buying now...
Instos are taking profits..but I don't see any reason for them to be buying now.
Remember that this "Great Wall" announcement didn't just all happen in one day. They would have been negotiating for quite some time...
Instos position themselves well before moves such as these ones take place.
Most of their buying took place between 31-60 cents in the past year.
Hype, "broker reports", media coverage - all helps generate the necessary demand for instos to unload their shares into
