although your comment sounds clever, in my experience I have found absolutely no basis for its assumption. In fact in companies like PLS and A2M, institutional investors are at a considerable disadvantage to retail, and always need to meet strict criteria to take positions in emerging companies, by which time retail has had the opportunity to take a much earlier and often lower entry.
I very much doubt instos have much if any stake here at all
