High Chance Of a Capital Raise or Funding

#LOM CAPITAL RAISE IMBOUND! Question is what price?! How much of a discount will they give to the sophisticated investors? Maybe 24.5c? 23c!? If it's cheaper that's not good! Why do I say it's a capital raise?! This is a bad company, I mean I am NOT THE BEST at fundamental analysis or reading into company reports and financials, but from my brief glances into 18th July 2017 Quarterlies, aswell as the 13th September Half Yearly Updates here is what I have found.

1. Company has $7.83 Million USD in the bank
2. Their next quarterly spend is calculated at $10.1 Million USD!
3. They have $4 Million USD in borrowings!! So they have debt, borrowings, and interest (not kosher/halal) explains their shit S.P not truly blessed from God
4. Last trading halt announcements have ALWAYS alluded to being cash starved, or requiring cash of some sort of fashion.
5. Past history of the chart shows S.P gets CRUSHED! LOL a 5yr chart shows stock never even hit 60c.....
6. This photo I am uploading came up on my Facebook News Feed.....the whole reason I was inspired for this post....Enjoy the fake diamonds...because the Blood Diamonds are already sold, and lives have been ruined I would presume. Maybe I went a little overboard with that statement but I would not be surprised AT all!

MAYBE IN AFEW YEARS this will go past 50's as it has SUPER resistance.....in fact it is a triple top.....for it to break past it, will need huge volume and momentum and NEWS aswell to pump it creating a NEW high....sorry to be real, this is just what I see on a FUNDAMENTAL level.....technicals are even worse so I won't bother with a chart. Will leave that for the Hot Copper pro's such as @valvesound and @jeans_sammy
