However, lets give the FDA their due - they can take as long as they want (up to 90 for ANY response), however given that they has "approved" the product for sale in Mexico, it would be the height of hypocrisy to deny FDA approval in the US.
Therefore it is just a matter of time.
Now, wheres the announcement that the application has been made?
