It's increasingly looking to me as if you might have a serious problem, SWC. This is a discussion forum, where the affairs of a business that has already cost a number of people their life savings and has badly damaged those of a very large number of other people - the eventual outcome of which is likely to cost shareholders and others even more if they continue to misunderstand the facts - that we're discussing, not trying to bring a smile to people's faces. Your quasi-religious comments are misplaced on here.
One can only assume you believe that filling the minds of people who are standing on the edge of the cliff with false assurances about the effects of jumping off (eg "it'll be much nicer 200 ft down on those rocks and we can easily swim to shore from there") is the right way to behave. I don't and nor does anyone else with any sense. It would be insane to vote 'No' to AC's proposals because it would spell the end, which has all but come anyway - but why chuck away what's left? Hedge and vulture funds don't like to share the carcass so there's not much to look forward to in the future.
Let's talk about honesty, shall we?
I'm the one who truthfully disclosed from the outset that last 20 years of my career (I packed up at 50) was as a partner in one of the accounting majors, where I dealt with cases with characteristics similar to those we find here, although never on this scale. As an investor over countless years I have seen many similar cases and no outcome I can ever recall has been positive for shareholders when the point of no return has been passed and hedge funds become involved to share the spoils.
You, on the other hand, are the one who despite repeated requests from a number of people to please disclose what you do for a living that qualifies you to give so much advice about how they should proceed, who has pointedly refused to do so. You insultingly call me and others who write eminent sense: 'puppets'. I am no-one's puppet and I don't post here for personal gain. I post here so that there's a sporting chance people like you won't cause too many more people to lose money - as all those who have listened to you and others will undoubtedly have done - and in spades. Most of those others have now disappeared in cowardly fashion as they have, one by one, been proved to be wrong about SGH's prospects of recovery. It is high time you did so too - in everyone's best interests.
If I am a puppet (I'm not sure why you should choose this word as I can't see how it would apply in any context that's relevant - I guess your English skills are just not very good - do you mean 'muppet'?) I'd hate to think what this makes you. I'd be permanently banned if I even had a stab at trying.
Cheers
