It is said that he and his group made an absolute killing on the markets with the advantage of fore-knowledge in advance of the events of 9/11. He could do the same again. A frightening prospect. No one knows where it is coming from - or who will suffer.
Not only that something may be in the pipeline - but also that rocking/unstabliizing the world's financial markets in the process of an attack, and making a mint out of it for their treasury, would be a brilliant double coup.

Forget the sub-prime mortgage crisis - if this hypothetical comes to pass, it would be our worst nightmare come true. "He's" been silent for a long time let's face it. These men are not (as some like to falsely portray) illiterate, impoverished socially deprived peasants - most come from well-to do or very, very wealthy, well connected familes, and they have degrees, and double degrees - such market manipulation plots are well within their capabilities.
