and who is the shareholder with 1.25m shares on there and you call them big names!!!

Martin Place securities are the same people who cannot find $1.065m to pay in full for its shares and have issued promissory notes.
The Auditors say they have concerns about ZYL as a going concern....so much so Directors responded tot he concern in the FY report.
The Top 20 own 34% of the company.
The Top 20 in QTK own 80%
NOT a single Director of ZYL has bought shares or are int he Top 20!!!!
EVERY Director of QTK is in the Top 20 shareholdings.
and on Martin Place securities....they valued ZYL at what?????????
and its now trading at 4c!
and it will go lower.
BTW....the Top 20 list is a publicly viewable document!
