If the product is as good as what the company thinks then:

Market 17billion chips.
1-5% penetration within the first two years chips will be selling for 'several dollars' $2-$3
5-15+% penetration after two years the price will drop to around $1

Then deduct manufacturing costs, R&D, wages and other overhead and also deduct tax. Then you can apply your PE ratio.
I get a forecasted sp north of yours and closer to MattyE but I am talking a 5 year time frame = market maturity.
