ahh ok..so lets say John ramps XYX, its goes up and he dumps it to Fred..
It drops, poor old Fred now is stuck with the sloppy XYZ, so in turn needs to ramp XYZ so its goes up again to sell to some other unsuspecting sucker...
You get the picture duh
