People SLV cannot buy anymore GAU on OR off market. It would be considered a TAKEOVER BID under the CORPORATIONS ACT. Hence why the percentage is 19.9%. (threshold is 20%)
This is why the 1,000,000 oppies got converted to shares last friday (to get the % right)........corps act works on shares (ord) as opposed to shares + oppies.
So whose going to buy on that news is my question? Or is it, the real buying comes in when the results are released?
