Centram's warrants expired last week, and their shares were up 30% in Canada on Friday before closing up 12%. I believe that makes their cap equiv c.A$32m. The warrants should raise about C$9m if fully exercised. Subtracting that from it's cap gives a cap a bit more than Crossland at the moment.
Given that Centram's business is entirely JV'd with Crossland, that $9m cash will be used to Crossland's benefit as well. I don't think the market understands this yet.
