I am health profession by trade and what I've noticed that almost >50% of my patients suffer from some form of mental illness. Plus from personal experience and readings of the clinical journal, I know that the sensitivity of the current paradigm for detecting and diagnosing mental illness is rubbish.

Not only that, I have witnessed a friend who was admitted to a mental ward due to an incorrect change of medication by the GP. This made me realize that GPs are not well trained to handle this types of conditions and current protocol needs to be disrupted/improved.

Also by being a health professional, I know the importance of both subjective and objective testing when it comes to diagnosing a condition. You can't rely on one or the other, its best to use both results to form a more accurate conclusion.

When I first came across this company I was a bit skeptical, but after doing my due diligence and reading up clinical studies - showing positive results made me decide to take a calculated risk on this company. When our new CEO joined the company, I added more position to this company after reading his profile because I am a lot more confident in his ability and the board he has assembled.

I really hope this company does succeed because I believe mental illness is going to become huge for the future generations - in particularly for my Gen Ys.

If this company does flops, I won't be sad about losing money on it because I understood the high risk I have taken and won't look back and move forward but at this current time, I don't see why it shouldn't - based on the results of the latest published study.

I hope this technology succeeds, it's a piece of tech I believe will benefit society
