Completely illiquid stock. Curious how these micro caps survive. Not sure how I got here, but was looking at payments and Tyro, starting from Stripe, Touch and iSignthis.

Its not a payment gateway, its not a payment institution, and its spent $13m in developing pharmacy software to write it all off almost immediately. Really?

Two CEO's simultaneously, both got the chop. Two skippers on one ship has never worked. Thepoor sod of an accountant that has been "made" to CEO is clearly a patsy, who wouldnt know a keyboard from hammer, and has clearly made a fist of the software development.

Valuation : $10m market cap minus $8m cash means business is valued at $2m

The shell alone is worth $2m, so business is worth....nothing?

Alternatively, business is worth $6-8m based on 1.5m EBIT, cash is worth $8m, and market is marking the business down for lack of strategy by $8m - meaning it is in terminal decline.

Quite a spectacularly inept effort by management to destroy value so completely, no matter how you crunch this.
