    Blakes7;

    I understand your reasons for valuing TETS technology in the Ventrassist so highly. However, as I have stated before (March 07 on this site, and December 06 on another site), VCR needs to get approval for its use in the BTT and DT trials, otherwise, VCR may be facing yet another round of trials to be able to get FDA approval for it.

    The fact that the technology works for other applications/devices does not necessarily mean it will work for Ventrassist, and may not be enough to satisfy the relevant authorities.

    As stated before, unless it adds value to the immediate bottom line, I am not of the opinion that the market will look favorably on it.

    Please have a read of my original post about the Stem Cell trials in Australia, it clearly states that it is an excerpt from a news item and NOT a published medical research paper!!!!!

    I have not compared TETS and Stem Cell!!!!....I meerly stated that TETS is under research - by VCR - and on the whole, there is more published articles on Stem Cell than there are on TETS. This was to ONLY highlight where the interest of the sceintific and business communities lay, which is understandable considering the possible (future) application of Stem Cell.

    Yes, I agree with you that the stated application for Stem Cell has been conducted on animals (rats) only. I don't think that this needs to be spelt-out. Everyone knows that Stem Cell is in research stage, and the suggestion that such a major application - such as growing a whole organ - is certainly not possible at this stage!!!........Hell, Wikipedia can tell you that. You don't have to do any intensive searches!!

    Finally, I'd like to thank you for your non-personal response. Although I tend to disagree with some (not all) of your comments, I respect your opinion and your right to state your view.

    Cheers
