The candidates have been at the meeting and showed and gave unconvincing answers to questions. I do not remember who it was, but onw of them said having no experience in SA was should not be a showstopper.
Sorry, that answer would only be ok if they had substantial financial backing from RIM to bridge the interim phase they would have needed to get acquainted to the company. So it was a very unconvincing performance by the new candidates, mainly because RIM did not put in more backing.
Some more interesting stuff was said regarding new deposits, and the ability of Smarts 3 - now that it has been cleared up completely - to deliver ore of different grades (the 4.5 g/t mentioned in the last operational update was not the highest figure mentioned).
