No way USD750k should be refunded if they wish to terminate a Binding OT agreement.

Alternatively, JZ can push for the full 2018 OT of 500T @ $7.5M USD upfront as per OT agreement terms then years 2-6 can be cancelled.
What I am curious to know is how much stock they might hold thru various subsidiaries ?
Did we just avoid a hostile takeover ??? Was it a stalling tactic to allow more time to accumulate via subsidiaries ?? The last broker report Monquay posted doesn't indicate anything that was obvious or untoward ??
Anyway, project fundamentals haven't changed and finding another customer won't exactly be difficult given current/future market…
