the original float price range was $2.20 - $2.50, but at auction only yielded $1.90 and was said to be tied to Coates Hire with a PE of 15 or so, but for some reason PE down to 11 or so and market thinks this model will not succeed in the long term.
Once they prove there model is indeed working PE should come back to 15 or so.
