I'm starting to resign myself to the fact that value in GRL will not be reflected in the sp until the merger is complete with EXR
Hopefully our patience will be rewarded with an ensuing farmout deal for Leopard plus the free U shares from GRL-Newco

Actually, I'm not that patient with specs but have no choice given the bid depth
Market doesnt get it, will see if we're right very soon I think
