LG N-Sys will not be purchasing ATM's...they already manufacture them, I would 'suggest' that they have been bought in to add credibility to the deal as well as to add manufacturing capacity to increase speed to market once the deal is done. LG N-Sys see it as an easy way to increase their exposure in the Chinese market. And who knows they may want to make some local investments as well ...
