So no matter how negative they seem, they are as positive as anyone about the prospects of AGY. NO ONE will spend time this late posting comments on HC if they don't want to buy! They just want to buy at a lower sp."

People shouldn't trust anybody. Whenever problems arrive with a true believer stock, the stock's gurus appear to attack critics and to pronounce that everything is awesome. They get a million TU's from the holders who want to continue believing and to have their fears soothed. Seen it with so many stocks. Of course, the guru holds shares and wants others to hold because he doesn't want his shares to lose value.

Not saying AGY won't succeed. But legal problems can drag on.
