This is a great announcement. Connectivity in IoT is absolutely critical in successful deployments. However, this also means, it's highly unlikely there will be any carrier partnership in USA for distributing OHMs.

This in my opinion is a better strategy as I never believed in a mobile carrier distribution partnership in market like USA. It can certainly work with smaller/concentrated region with a dominant player (Digicel, Saskatel and a like).

BUD is better off signing with Installers/Utilities in USA.

All in my opinion.
