Management had no choice , if they did not enter into an opt out policy the ASX would have enforced this.
This is all about trust and the SI's and SH's believing the story about AGY and the ability of the BOD to deliver Li early 2018 .
If you believe , invest , if you don't believe , don't invest..simple.
Will the SI's pay up another $15M at 18c , I don't know , trust is a funny thing.
