In addition to the ongoing exploration activities being undertaken on the joint venture ground at Karara, Gindalbie is planning a first pass exploration program over the Lodestone Prospect in 2007.
The Lodestone Prospect lies approximately 50 kilometres south-east of the Karara Project, and is 6 kilometres long and up to 0.8 kilometres wide. Gindalbie is confident that additional hematite and large Karara-like magnetite resources can be identified at Lodestone.
Geological mapping and rockchip sampling was commenced in the first quarter of 2007, and the result from the first round of drilling is expected in the September 2007 Quarter.
