This class action nonsense is exactly that ... your failure to provide a concise and logical 2-sentence summary of the legal basis for such a thing in this case, without twisting the facts about what we KNOW has happened (the facts, not your opinion), just shows that you are on a wild goose chase.
Either that or you're trying to downramp for your own gain, or you're shouting from the rooftops just so you can say "I told you so" if you are right... Yes, you may on fact be right. We get that. But there are a million other things that could happen also.

No-one will label you a downramper if you can put forward a well-considered and clear viewpoint that is supported by facts and reasonable deduction. If it's not reasonable (even if the outcome ends up happening) it will be pointed out for you due to the very nature of the forum process, that's for sure. Us LTers welcome all well-constructed views on the scenarios moving forward (good or bad), just as you would on any stock that you own.
I've known enough "financial experts" to know when and when not to seek their advice btw!!!
