Hi All,
The resolution is seeking approval for an increase in remuneration for executives as we as the directors. To me, it does not matter whether it is in cash or equity.
Please read page 44 of the annual report.

"Key remuneration changes proposed for FY18
In FY18, any fixed remuneration increases for CEO and Group Executives will not in total exceed the company annual review budget of 2.75%
..... effective from 1 July 2017, the Remuneration Committee Chair and Member fee will increase to $56000(up from $50000) and $28000 (up from $25000)"
Do you think they deserve the increase?
I voted against it because I believe they don't. Not when my investment in Telstra has suffered significantly.
