It can be a little unsettling when you see the volatility in some of the stocks of late. And it looks as if today may be a day of that for CBH again.
There have been much debate about endeviour etc which i believe the results are now putting this to bed which is good. now the arguement of weak commodity prices is coming up.
I subscribe to the view that CBH based on current metal prices is significantly undervalued already, based on future commodity prices it is ridiculously undervalued, based on its increase in production outputs and what I believe will be strong increases in associated base and industrial metals this stock is just too good to believe at current levels. I hold a very positive medium to long term outlook for this company.

Basic economic laws of supply and demand indicate that zinc, lead, copper etc. prices will continue to rise over the coming years. India and China are fast developing economies which will not just rely on exports of toys & clothes (thank god i.e Matel) but the strength of their domestic economies through consumer spending and construction. You only have to go to Shanghai, china’s industrial hub, and view their plan for the city in 2011. The construction is mind blowing!!! The cultural change is still emerging and it is massive with their thirst for more material items, wealth and construction being unquestionable.

Any way that is my rant. Go CBH. Hope we don't follow the Dow to much today.
