RM is a smart guy but after he says sell he just wants to see a stock do poorly hence the negative articles.. In saying that this may be reaching fair value for the short term and could solidify here.
He has also been saying for 4 years property is a value trap and it is a dog and encouraging people to avoid it, anyone in Sydney and Melbourne who took his advice are now priced out of the market. He has stopped releasing articles about it because it hasn't happened and his latest one on FB many people brought this up! He is the next Steve Keen and one day there might be a 25% drop but the market has doubled since he first raised the 'bubble' prospect.
