"The excuse of them having taken over from a bunch of unprofessional goofs is history now."

Bullish, There is no way you could call them unprofessional goofs. They (Nick) knew a ton of cash would be required until revenue. To get the ball rolling massive hype ensued with the pipeline deals, "leading" telecommunications deal that nobody heard of. The Divan debarcle, string all and sundry along with ANN's touting tens of millions revenue in 2 years. Last known they were finalizing cost structures and still had no deal with Hollywood for content.

How does one get a revenue figure when pricing was non existent and for months there was no mention of a Hollywood content deal/price would be required? With Nick's years of experience do you think he didn't know the requirements? Is it a coincidence that the things that would prolong or delay deals were not mentioned until very late? Or a calculated effort to maintain the hype status quo because they needed more funding? Fanciful figures for K2U that weren't going to stack up, rinse and repeat as "deals" come forth.

"A positive though is this new management certainly know how to raise funds to keep the company going until 1st revenues arrive."

It's easy to think that new management deserves kudos for their ability to raise funds. Let's view it through a business sense. The market was miffed with TV2's inability to finalize deals and plenty more cash is required. How to deal with this problem? One could say Nick's credibility was lack lustre at best and the response to subsequent CR's confirmed action was needed or the ship would be scuttled. Nick's decision is why TV2 is still around. New faces were needed with a "poster boy" in the sense of healing lost faith and spark new vigor amongst investors, Mr Boyd was a good choice and tickled the taste buds of many, teamed up with the word wizard Mr Adams completes the solid front.

Nick's one astute and savvy businessman and although he looked like he fell on the sword and stood down as captain nothing's changed. Nick has the aces and calls the shots, if TV2 went belly up today Nick rides off with the golden egg, patents and intellectual property owned by his other companies. Whilst on the subject the valuation report was due.

"We are continuing discussions with Talico in regard to the opportunity to license additional IP from them. We have issued instructions for an independent valuation, to assess the agreement and the IP, and expect a report from them by end of September."
Independent valuation or not TV2 will need to pay what Nick sets as fair value I assume. If/when something happens on this front.

Unprofessional goofs or a shrewd businessman with little downside to his operation regardless of the outcome. All my opinion and or speculation.
