New holders are eligible for the issue, as long as they're in by today at the latest (the last chance to get moar is now) Ex entitlement trading is tomorrow.
The entitlement is to 1 for 6 at 1.0 cents, and then also first go at any shortfall, which will probably subsumed rapidly by all of us eager beavers, or should I say platypussies.
