I'll back up that summation.
I was a MF member of two services for 3 years D/Inv & S/Advisor.
Currently still with Extreme Opportunities but won't renew that either.
I left as I like to do my own thing.
My returns weren't great but we did go through the sector rotation, Grexit, Brexit etc etc while I was there. The Mkt then was under 5000 & mid cap stocks took a belting so got to factor that in.

As far as the Motley services I was with I would never question their integrity.
And I also think for the price it's probably a good place to start you could do a lot worse for a higher fee.
I learned a great deal out of the forums alone.
