"You don't throw dollars at a commercially unproven processes (LPD) unless your world leading Lithium Scientist and team have done the DD. I think we may have sucker punched every Lithium producer in the world..watch that space."

I agree entirely.. And what might appear on the outside to be a buy in at only a cent for each share.. The bigger picture is what people might want to consider..

I too was skeptical about the ability to achieve so much from the various IP that LPD held at the time.. Since visiting earlier this year they have expanded on their intellectual property from rocks to also brine with the brine patent being listed only days before the announcement was made to buy in to Lepidico.

The one main takeaway I had from listening to the Lepidico team is that their process opens many more doors than just standard spodumene.. As I've mentioned prior they have the ability to turn our tailings into a very valuable commodity.

The only fault I could see with Lepidico was their access to capital.. And it also turns out that their Lmax plant would cost around the same amount as the $40 million BNP loan which the board has allocated against Mt Cattlin... Talk about where there is smoke!

I am of course curious if the brine IP might have been getting tested out in Sal De Vida with the help of some highly experienced brine guru's.

The L-Max process has indicated that they can produce lithium carbonate within 24hours... How fast will this Brine process take? - The mind boggles at what might be under the covers..

The other thing to take into account when it comes to Lepidico and one of the most likely reason that Galaxy stepped in after doing their DD is that of their IP is able to produce lithium carbonate from tenements that are generally considered rubbish and no longer worth exploring, being chucked on the pile as useless.

Lepidico have something special in that using their processes they unlock value in those unwanted assets and allow us to pick them up for very cheap whilst helping our little buddy along.

Some of those tenements have up to 10% lithium content and I understand are much larger than Greenbushes and Pilgangoora... It would almost work out like a DSO with a little Lmax plant on site tossing the feedstock in and 24 hours later having a battery grade lithium.

Did somebody say lowest cost producer?

It's difficult not to be impressed with that potential, and whilst going back to @airconditioner's conversation with AT there may have been some doubt, isn't it good that the board is open minded to reconsider and willing to re-evaluate their decisions? - I like that open mindedness. It's dangerous for those that would think.. Oh yeah Galaxy.. They will just plod along..

    Yeah right!? lol

And that's what gets me excited about Galaxy..

If you really want to know the capabilities of our new partner, I'd encourage you to take a little time to chat to the LPD crowd.

I am very proud of this new arrangement and excited to see what value Galaxy Resources unlocks from it.

    One more thing...

The tea was delicious at Lepidico also.
