Right there is the one wild card. The patients chosen are not necessarily all the same in terms of disease. Before the first group of 4 patients were all fairly similar as "end stage". These 18 patients may be quite dissimilar, so some may benefit more than others. I do think some quite different responses are possible, but I have no knowledge of the patient selection. I do trust in the team to have done it carefully.
