    I thought that the last few thousand "foreign" jihadists in Raqqa are being dealt with by the Kurds.  They won't be coming home as I understand it.

    There are a lot of wannabies and lone wolves out there that this crap won't identify.  Known terrorists are RARE but those that do exist will always use clean skins to do their dirty work.

    I'm talking about ISIS.  What is Turnbull's definition of a terrorist?
