Blockchain global have secured an investment of 1 million with the intention to merge with BTCS an American stock exchange listed blockchain company. It seems they are going to be the DCC of America in that they are going to recieve an RTO bid from BGL. Sam Lee, a director of DCC, comments on this merger in the article below. I am Speculating that DCC and BTCS, through BGL, may have a close working relationship together, if not a possible merger and expansion into the US Market for DCC. BTCS hope to develop a e-commerce market place to exchange cryptos for retail goods. I imagine DCCs experience in money remittance would be quite useful to a project like this.
